This position focuses on reducing customer equipment downtime through prompt and precise diagnostics. Utilizing a service vehicle, the technician will be on-site with clients, conducting maintenance and minor repairs on various construction machinery. When not engaged in fieldwork, the technician will operate within the branch workshop, addressing issues related to electrical, hydraulic, ignition, and pneumatic systems, diagnosing both diesel and gasoline engines, and performing maintenance on drive systems.

Qualifications

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • DOT Medical Certification

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Five to seven years of mechanical experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing diverse construction equipment is preferred
  • Familiarity with Electrical, Hydraulic, and Diesel Engine systems is advantageous
  • Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
  • Possession of necessary tools for the job is essential; your hands can only take you so far.
  • A DOT medical certification is mandatory – if you don’t have one, we can assist you in obtaining it.
