Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks to meet clients' dietary requirements
  • Monitor and manage medications, maintaining accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements

What We Look For

  • Experience working in senior care or a related field
  • Current HHA or CNA license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
