Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clientele.
- Gain hands-on experience as an automotive technician across a diverse array of domestic and international vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to swiftly address customer concerns.
- Adhere to and promote our rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Engage with the service department to effectively communicate customer issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to resolve challenges, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications:
- A positive mindset and a commitment to customer service.
- Over 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a willingness to obtain them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed productivity goals.
- Aptitude for acquiring new skills and processes.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career growth.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 100 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Capable of driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating computer systems.
