Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clientele.
  • Gain hands-on experience as an automotive technician across a diverse array of domestic and international vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to swiftly address customer concerns.
  • Adhere to and promote our rigorous standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Engage with the service department to effectively communicate customer issues.
  • Work alongside fellow technicians to resolve challenges, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:
  • A positive mindset and a commitment to customer service.
  • Over 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals.
  • Aptitude for acquiring new skills and processes.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • A desire for long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Capable of driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems.
