Senior Living Registered Nurse - La Villa Grande Care Center

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at La Villa Grande Care Center, a leading provider of assisted living and memory care in the Western United States. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care for our residents and supporting our team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct oversight of the nursing department's daily operations
  • Hiring, training, and development of clinical staff
  • Assessment and documentation of resident needs and services
  • Delegation of nurse duties to support personnel as needed

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the State
  • Experience in skilled nursing, Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing or Gerontology, and/or Dementia Care
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control
  • Skills in promoting teamwork, leadership, and resident responsiveness
  • Passion for serving seniors
