Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans that promote patient engagement and participation in therapeutic activities.
- Provide assessment and intervention services to patients with a focus on psychosocial and leisure skills development.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to activity therapy services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational, Art, Music, or Recreational Therapy, or a related field.
- One year of experience in a psychiatric setting, preferably in activity therapy or a related field.
- Certification or licensure in a relevant therapeutic discipline.
