Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Maine. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of clients' homes
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and goals
  • Develop and implement effective wound care plans to promote healing and prevent complications
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care

Requirements:

  • Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
  • 2+ years of experience in skilled care, preferably with recent wound care experience
  • Current CPR BLS Certification
