Job Summary:Geisinger's Neuroscience Institute is seeking a stroke physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join the neurology team at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.
Job Duties:- The successful Physician Assistant must be a graduate of a ARC-approved physician assistant program, eligible or certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants and eligible or certified by the State Board of Medicine.
- The successful Nurse Practitioner candidate will have a certificate of completion from an approved program for Nurse Practitioners and must be eligible for or certified by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Must be certified to work with all patient population age groups.
Master's Degree-Physician Assistant (Required)
Certification(s) and License(s):Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body; Certified Physician Assistant - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
