Position Overview:
Adecco Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join a reputable healthcare facility. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $32.19 to $43.25 per hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule:
The role involves working three 12-hour shifts from Monday to Wednesday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Weekend rotations are required, with every fourth weekend off. Weeknight shifts are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and Saturday/Sunday shifts total 24 hours. Overtime opportunities are available as needed.

Shift Differentials:
- Night Shift: $4.00
- Weekend Shift: $1.50

Key Responsibilities:
The Radiology Technologist will operate radiographic equipment under the supervision of a radiologist to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicating procedures to patients and positioning them appropriately on the examination table.
- Adjusting immobilization devices to ensure optimal imaging of specific body areas.
- Setting exposure levels based on established protocols and procedure knowledge.
- Utilizing radiation protective devices to minimize exposure, including lead shields and adjusting x-ray beam size as necessary.
- Operating mobile x-ray equipment in various clinical settings.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) ARRT certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) License.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the field, with fluoroscopy procedures experience preferred.
