Sportsbook Cashier

Job Summary:

MotorCity Casino is seeking a skilled Sportsbook Cashier to join our team. As a Sportsbook Cashier, you will be responsible for transacting Sportsbook-related exchanges, including taking and paying wages and selling tickets. You will ensure that company policies are adhered to and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Sportsbook transactions, including taking and paying wages and selling tickets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, and sit/stand for long periods of time.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Sportsbook and cash handling experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of computers.
• Excellent communication skills.
