Key Responsibilities:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break
- Patient Load: Approximately 18-20 patients per day
- Conduct thorough examinations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of patients within a collaborative care setting
- Support staff will assist with patient rooming, vital signs, prescription refills, and follow-up appointments
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Valid and unrestricted Physician License in California
- Current DEA certificate for California required prior to commencement
- Eligible for board certification or currently board certified
Compensation Information:
For residents of California, the salary range is between $249,728.00 and $355,092.00 annually. This range represents total cash compensation at target, with actual compensation varying based on experience and performance metrics. Compensation is influenced by factors such as education, work history, and certifications. In addition to salary, Optum offers a robust benefits package, including incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility).
