Job Summary

The Malvern School is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and experience working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting parent expectations.


Requirements

To qualify for a lead teaching position, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.
  • An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
  • An associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field and 3 years of experience with children.
