Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Care Specialist to join our team. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing basic care services to our clients, including bathing, grooming, and feeding. You will also be responsible for assisting clients with medical equipment and medication reminders, as well as providing vital information on clients through our care management system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic care services, including bathing, grooming, and feeding, to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with medical equipment and medication reminders
  • Provide vital information on clients through our care management system
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as dressing and toileting
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records
  • Provide care and compassion to foster the client's physical and emotional well-being

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Home Health Care Specialist or Caregiver in the home care sector
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
