Job Description: Facilities Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and equipment, with a focus on sanitation and environmental services.

Estimated Salary: $15.95 per hour

Location: Monroe County, NY

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  2. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including emptying trash and recyclables.
  3. Operate specialized equipment, such as floor buffers and high-pressure washers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
