Job Title: Epidemiology Nurse

About the Role:

This position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide nursing and case management services to assigned clients. You will work in a clinical, community, and/or infectious disease/epidemiological setting, utilizing established standards of practice, nursing knowledge, and agency policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess health needs and priorities using appropriate assessment tools
  • Provide timely interventions and prioritize all work assignments
  • Maintain and facilitate a current referral/resource network and patient follow-up and monitoring system
  • Ensure compliance to all regulations pertaining to record management
Requirements:
  • Professional licensure in the State of Utah as a Registered Nurse or a Multistate Nursing Compact License
  • A valid Drivers License, insurance, and access to a private vehicle
  • Ability to pass a required pre-employment background check and subsequent mandatory background checks
