Paralegal Assistant

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the paralegal and associates in all aspects of case management. This includes requesting and tracking medical records, preparing correspondence, and calendaring deadlines.

About the Job:

• Support the paralegal and associates in case management, including requesting and tracking medical records, preparing correspondence, and calendaring deadlines
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in workers' compensation or litigation support
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail
