Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Job Summary

This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Administer medications as ordered, with proper documentation and adherence to hospital policies.
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities, responding promptly to patient needs within a 30-minute timeframe.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
  • Transport patients as needed, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team, adapting to changing priorities and patient needs.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, with a strong foundation in patient care and technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties, including standing, walking, and lifting, with proper use of equipment and safety protocols.
