Staffmark is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting tasks on warehouse machinery, repairing faulty equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment, including troubleshooting and repairing issues
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
**Requirements**
- Minimum of two years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry skills, with the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and management
