Pediatric Intensive Care Travel Nurse Opportunity in San Diego

Tact Staff is currently seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join their team in San Diego, California.
This 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity Pediatric Intensive Care unit, providing care for patients of all ages and levels of acuity.
The ideal candidate will have 2 full years of recent experience in Pediatric ICU, with expertise in ventilators, trachs, and multiple monitoring skills, including CVP and EKG.
As a member of our critical care float pool, you will be required to float to other units outside of the ICU, including the Emergency Department. BLS and PALS certifications are also required.
This variable shift position requires flexibility, with shifts including 12 hours, 3x12, and straight nights. The schedule includes weekend shifts on day and night rotations, as well as holidays. A maximum of 6 days off per rotation is allowed, with the requirement to work at least 3 shifts per week.
A competitive tax-free stipend amount will be provided, based on 36 hours per week worked. This pay package is subject to confirmation. As a Tact Staff traveler, you will gain enriching experiences professionally and personally while traveling across the United States.
