Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, and unique specialty beverages, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting with patrons, processing drink orders, and ensuring timely and precise service.
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including all bar tools, glassware, and inventory.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service practices.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to synchronize food and beverage orders.
- Manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a comparable position is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cocktail recipes, mixology methods, and beverage service protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
- TIPS certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
