The President will be responsible for overseeing the college's operations, including academic and administrative functions. Experience in managing budgets, personnel, and facilities is essential. A strong understanding of accreditation processes and regulatory requirements is also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $290,000, based on industry standards. In addition to competitive compensation, the college offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan. About the Job
