About the Job:

Fannie May Confections Inc. / Ferrero is seeking a skilled Line Associate to join their team in North Canton, OH. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced candy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various pieces of equipment, including shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, and box taping equipment;
Set up production lines and ensure proper sanitation and clean up;
Monitor and maintain quality standards, including checking candy for color, size, shape, weight, gloss, and decoration;
Assist in recording production numbers and achieving line speeds;
Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills;
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other areas as needed.

Requirements:

Familiarity with candy manufacturing processes and equipment;
Ability to work in a team environment and follow company policies and procedures;
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards;
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed;
High school diploma or equivalent required.
