Store Operations Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager Trainee to join our team at AutoZone. As a Store Operations Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including financial management, employee staffing and training, inventory management, and customer service leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's financial performance, including analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
- Supervise and train store employees to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and address any operational issues or concerns.
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night, and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
- Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statements, preferred but not required.
