**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential DSP to join our team at Divine Homes Healthcare Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and healthcare-related tasks.

As a Residential DSP, you will ensure the individual's safety and maintain a safe environment. You will also remind and assist the individual with self-administration of medications (with proper training). In addition, you will encourage self-help activities and report any changes in the individual's condition or family situation to administrators and supervisors.

You will be responsible for documenting services provided and performing home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning. You will also plan meals, shop for groceries, prepare and serve food/meals, feed, and clean up.
