About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Modivcare in Uniontown (Connellsville). As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing professional, non-clinical personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life in their home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene improvement and maintenance.
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Transport clients, as requested and approved.
  • Support clients in completing activities of daily living and contribute to their quality of life by influencing patient safety, good hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean home environments, happiness, and decreased social isolation.

  • Desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate diverse client personalities and behaviors.
  • Comfort working in and respecting diverse work environments in client homes.
