Job Description

The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions within NetSuite from both technical and business perspectives. The role focuses on maximizing the value and benefits of NetSuite for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support NetSuite integration projects and serve as the primary liaison with NetSuite Support and implementation partners.
  • Oversee NetSuite data management, including governance, control, and the scheduling of scripts.
  • Manage user access, roles, security settings, profiles, and organizational hierarchies within NetSuite.
  • Assist business analysts with end-user training and promote best practices.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, both technological and business-related, by proposing effective solutions.
  • Act as the company's subject matter expert on NetSuite.
  • Manage and implement new releases and updates to NetSuite, including testing and collaborating with the IT team to roll out new features.
  • Document company processes and workflows, and engage stakeholders in business process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
  • Support end-user requests for new APIs, saved searches, CSV imports, reports, KPIs, fields, views, dashboards, and other NetSuite objects.
  • Monitor and manage exception logs related to system integration, end-user usage, daily system scripts, and overall system performance.
  • Maintain and create workflows, functions, and configurations within NetSuite.
  • Manage and document all technical configurations and integrations involving NetSuite.
  • Configure, test, and support API connections into and out of NetSuite using Celigo.
  • Oversee the data flow between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Create and manage API credentials.
  • Verify order data integrity in both sandbox and production environments.
  • Debug and resolve data integrity issues within data flows.
  • Provide support for data mapping and custom field data population as needed.
