About the Role

Kettering Health is seeking a skilled General X-Ray Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing a limited scope of diagnostic X-Ray procedures, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of diagnostic X-Ray procedures, including Chest/Abdomen, Extremity, Skull-Sinuses, and Spine.
  • Provide patient care and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Enter online charges in the RIS system and maintain accuracy.
  • Exhibit Kettering Health Standards of behavior and promote a culture of safety.
  • Meet population-specific and departmental competencies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have GXMO Certification and a Radiation license by the State of Ohio. Preferably, you are a student in a Radiology Program or have relevant experience in a similar field.

Will perform inpatient, outpatient and ER X-Rays on Fixed Equipment.
