Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Transportation Engineer at Luxus. This role is essential for enhancing the infrastructure and ensuring the safety and efficiency of transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities

The selected individual will collaborate within a team to engage in various aspects of transportation engineering, which include:

  • Designing horizontal and vertical alignments for roadways and trails.
  • Developing drainage systems and implementing safety assessments.
  • Creating signing and pavement marking plans.
  • Managing erosion and sediment control measures.
  • Formulating maintenance and protection of traffic strategies.
  • Preparing construction-related documentation.
  • Conducting field inspections and reconnaissance.
  • Producing project renderings.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation.
  • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification is a plus.
