Position Overview:
The Department of Integrative Biology and Physiology at the University of Minnesota is in search of a qualified and passionate educator specializing in human gross anatomy.

Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated anatomists and educators, responsible for delivering both lecture and laboratory instruction in cadaver-based human gross anatomy courses aimed at professional (MD and DDS) and undergraduate students.

Position Details:
This is a fixed-term, 12-month faculty role that does not lead to tenure, situated within the Department of Integrative Biology and Physiology.

Essential Qualifications:
- A PhD in a discipline related to human morphology, physical anthropology, or a health professional degree (DO, MD, DVM, or DPT).
- Proven experience in conducting cadaveric dissections and guiding students through laboratory processes.
- Demonstrated capability in preparing and delivering anatomy lectures to medical and undergraduate audiences.
- Ability to work effectively and collegially within a diverse faculty and student environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A record of scholarly contributions, including published research in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national conferences.
- Expertise in gross anatomy, embryology, and histology.
