Job Title: Leasing Consultant-Elson PointeJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant-Elson Pointe to join our team at Millennia Housing Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing apartments, promoting good working resident relations, and ensuring program compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimize vacancies and lease apartments
- Promote good working resident relations
- Assure program compliance
- Perform office tasks as required
- Provide tours of the community
- Handle move-outs and move-ins
- Manage maintenance requests
- Ensure residents are provided with a clean, safe, and well-maintained community
Requirements:
- 1+ years prior market-rate apartment leasing management experience preferred
- Extensive sales experience
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with practical decision-making abilities
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel) for effective written communications and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of accounting for collecting/tracking rents and posting to appropriate records
- Minimum High School degree or GED equivalent preferred
- Multi-Family housing experience a plus
- Onesite experience a plus
- Must be willing and able to travel
Work Conditions & Physical Demands:
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a residential setting with regular exposure to cold, heat, noise, people, and equipment
- Able to work independently or as a team member and support managers with special projects
- Strong collaboration skills – works well across functional areas—excellent relationship-building skills; able to collaborate with various levels of the organization
