Position Overview

GLE Creative Talent, Inc. is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to fill a part-time independent contractor role, with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time position. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of one year of clinical supervision experience and be adept at delivering both in-person and virtual psychotherapy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, both face-to-face and online.
  • Craft and execute tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and attachment theory.
  • Engage in weekly supervision to refine clinical skills and uphold best practices.
  • Ensure precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
