Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will report to the Director of Maintenance and work on a daily basis from 8am to 5pm or 9AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Inputting fleet information into the fleet management system.
  • Creating and entering work orders into the fleet management system.
  • Maintaining accurate records of fleet and parts inventory.
  • Ordering parts from approved vendors while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the shop foreman and technicians to research required parts.
  • Ensuring the availability of parts in a cost-effective manner.
  • Receiving, tagging, stocking, and dispensing parts to mechanics.
  • Maintaining an organized and clutter-free work environment.
