Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at HumanEdge Allied Health. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating a mammography unit to produce high-quality images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a mammography unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician.
  • Explain the procedure to patients, position and immobilize the patient's breast in the unit, and observe the scanning process.
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality images are produced.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Completion of a AMA Approved School of Radiologic Technology program.
  • Mammography certification.
  • 2 years of experience in mammography.
  • Preferred experience with 2 Hologic Dimensions 3D units and GE Seno 2000D unit.
  • Mammography Certification.
  • Connecticut ARRT license.
  • Valid BLS.
  • Proof of right to work in the United States.
  • English language proficiency.
