Enterprise Architect

Cardinal Integrated Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering enterprise architecture solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Enterprise Architecture Framework: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, standards, policies, and principles to ensure IT strategy and governance alignment.
  • Lead Architecture Review and Approval Processes: Oversee the architecture review and approval processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide Strategic Direction and Guidance: Provide strategic direction and guidance to IT project managers and teams to ensure alignment of IT solutions with the enterprise architecture and business requirements.
  • Manage Enterprise Architecture Portfolio and Roadmap: Manage the enterprise architecture portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing and delivering architecture initiatives and projects that support business objectives and IT transformation.
  • Establish and Maintain Effective Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, vendors, partners, and customers, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the enterprise architecture, identifying and resolving issues, risks, and gaps, and recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Stay Abreast of IT Trends and Innovations: Stay abreast of the latest IT trends, innovations, and best practices, and leverage them to enhance the enterprise architecture and IT capabilities.
  • Coach and Mentor Team Members: Coach, mentor, and develop the Juniper Enterprise architecture staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 Years of IT Experience: Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years in enterprise architecture or related roles.
  • Proven Experience in Enterprise Architecture: Proven experience in defining, designing, and delivering enterprise architecture solutions for large and complex organizations.
  • Expertise in Python, React, Redux, and Angular: Must have handled applications in Python, React, Redux, and Angular and must be an expert in these technologies.
  • Exposure to Databricks and AI/ML: Must have had exposure to Databricks; any exposure to AI/ML applications will be a huge plus.
  • Expert Knowledge of IT Systems and Applications: Expert knowledge of IT systems, applications, data, security, and cloud technologies, and their integration, interoperability, and scalability.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
  • Certification in Enterprise Architecture: Certification in enterprise architecture (TOGAF preferred), IT governance, or related fields is preferred.
