Job Title: Early Intervention Therapist

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with families and other professionals to provide high-quality care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) from birth to age 3.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver individualized early intervention services for children from birth to age 3 in a center-based setting.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement early intervention plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
  • Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients.
  • Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the early intervention process and supporting their engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Early intervention experience.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
