Contingent Trauma Registrar

We are seeking a highly skilled Trauma Registrar to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Trauma Registrar, you will be responsible for managing the Trauma Registry database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of trauma data, and providing reports and analysis to support quality improvement initiatives.

• Manage the Trauma Registry database, including data collection, entry, and retrieval
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of trauma data, including data quality and integrity
• Provide reports and analysis to support quality improvement initiatives, including monthly performance improvement meetings and routine volume reporting
• Collaborate with trauma software vendors to evaluate clinical and trauma registry products and recommend system enhancements
• Network with regulatory agencies and the American College of Surgeons Trauma Center Re-Verification panel

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or Nursing, or RHIT Accreditation/Certification, or greater than 2 years of Trauma Registry Experience in a Verified Trauma Center
• Two or more years' experience as a Trauma Registrar in a Level 1, 2, or 3 verified centers required
