**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Diagnostic Specialist to join our team at HealthCare Connections, Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing testing in various areas of the laboratory, including clinical chemistry, hematology, transfusion services, and more.

As a clinical diagnostic specialist, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide accurate and timely test results that help physicians determine the best treatment for patients.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Performing testing in any and/or all of the following areas: clinical chemistry, hematology, transfusion services (blood bank), clinical immunology, clinical microbiology, serology, and molecular diagnostics.
  • Identifying and communicating abnormal patient conditions reports mandated information to the public health department or other designated officials.
  • Participating in staff training and educational opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in science and MLS(ASCP) certification or equivalent.
  • Associates degree in science and MLT(ASCP) certification or equivalent.
  • New grads are encouraged to apply.
