Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related area.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the aptitude to resolve issues and innovate processes as needed.

Proficient in analyzing extensive datasets, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations in a clear and intuitive manner.

Advanced Excel skills are essential, including the ability to construct and maintain financial models.

Proficiency in PowerPoint is required, particularly in creating templates that are easy to maintain and producing effective, well-organized presentations.

Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, organizational, and teamwork skills are mandatory.

Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial small-team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work swiftly and accurately under pressure while adapting to shifting priorities to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Willingness to work additional hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will be tasked with delivering analyses to various departments and operations within the organization, as well as reporting to the corporate office.

Efficiently compile, organize, and analyze intricate financial data and raw information; interpret data to elucidate past financial performance and forecast future outcomes.

Assist in the formulation and execution of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the organization, emphasizing the underlying business drivers, key financial and operational metrics, and relevant sensitivity analysis.

Develop, manage, and report financial outcomes to senior management while collaborating with each department to monitor budget compliance and ensure sound financial decisions.

Analyze, track, and allocate production expenses to product lines to establish standard cost rates for goods.

Support ad-hoc analytical projects as assigned.

To fulfill these responsibilities, the Analyst must cultivate and maintain robust relationships throughout the organization.

This role also necessitates active collaboration with cross-functional teams to comprehend production expenses and the primary KPIs that drive efficiency.

The Analyst is accountable for all facets of their analyses: devising the plan, determining data requirements, extracting and manipulating data, conducting analyses, identifying conclusions, and communicating these to the working team in a clear and organized manner.

The Analyst will frequently engage with Senior Leadership and must do so with confidence and professionalism.

Benefits

Pay Range:
$90,000 - $100,000, potentially including a discretionary bonus.

Final compensation will be contingent upon skills and experience.
