Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently pull orders for dispatchers, wholesale customers, and retail customers, ensuring timely delivery and meeting management's prescribed time frames.
  • Clean and dispose of boxes, packing materials, and pallets, maintaining a clean and organized facility and product line areas, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in stocking, loading, or pulling.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Functional literacy and ability to understand and recognize part numbers and line codes to ensure accurate identification and placement of parts.
  • Ability to write legibly and operate a computer terminal.
  • Capable of lifting and moving parts up to 60 pounds and pushing/pulling 300 pounds using a hitch-and-go dolly.
  • Ability to move engine blocks and other heavy equipment with moving aids.
  • Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to ground-level shelves and reach upper shelves (8 feet) with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary.
  • Ability to work on their feet for assigned work shifts.
  • Pay is $17.25 per hour.
