About the Role

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing patient-centered care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, conduct assessments, and make decisions about patient treatment.

Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail will ensure the smooth delivery of patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
