About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
