Job SummaryThis position involves all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork, and providing post-repair plan communication. Strong sales orientation and ability to understand instructions - written and verbal - are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Write accurate and detailed estimates.
- Conduct thorough process reviews to ensure quality control.
- Check in customer vehicles and prepare them for repairs.
- Complete final customer paperwork and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair status updates.
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
