Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cytology Specialist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cellular biology and a passion for cytology.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough microscopic examination of slides to detect and interpret cellular changes.
- Document initial findings and route to cytopathologist for final diagnosis when necessary.
- Participate in research and development activities.
- Mentor and teach all aspects of cytology to residents, medical students, fellows, and new cytotechnologists.
- Actively participate in compliance and quality management activities on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
