Overview
FBI Buildings, Inc. is a leading construction company seeking an experienced Senior Project Director to lead our projects to success.

About the Job
The Senior Project Director will be responsible for managing multiple client teams and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. This includes creating project schedules, estimates, and status reports, as well as prioritizing tasks and resources.

Responsibilities
• Define project core team members and work in cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Deliver projects that meet or exceed financial, time, and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Execute projects using PMO standard tools and templates, including project master schedules and resource allocation matrices.
• Communicate program status, timing, action items, issues, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and data to the project management team and executive leaders.
• Resolve issues effectively and efficiently during the project process.

Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum Associate's degree in engineering, program management, business management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
