Gallery Host

Job Summary

The Gallery Host is responsible for creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. This role requires a strong ability to read, write, and speak the English language, as well as basic computer skills and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, verifying registration information and balancing bank postings.

• Provide information to guests and visitors, coordinating special requests and informing them of hotel services and features.

• Answer hotel telephones, following brand-specific standards and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare, set up, stock, take down, and clean food and beverage products, adhering to recipe and presentation standards and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

• Follow brand-specific operational policies and procedures, including those for cash and credit card handling, safety, and security.

Requirements

• A minimum of one month of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Previous customer service experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

• Strong ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
