Floral Artist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Artist to join our team at Radiant Innovations. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning flower and plant displays that showcase our products in the best possible light.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and design our flower and plant displays to ensure they are visually appealing and meet our high standards.
• Conduct sales conversations with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on our products.
• Develop and implement sales-promoting measures and advertising campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Procure and manage inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a floristry training program or equivalent experience.
• Proven creativity and attention to detail in designing and maintaining flower and plant displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
