About This Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Starship Avionics team's technological advancements. As a key member of our team, you'll develop crucial technologies that propel us towards a multi-planetary society.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage your technical expertise to provide strategic direction and guidance to your team members
  2. Drive project execution by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timely completion
  3. Establish clear objectives for your team to streamline testing processes
  4. Create and implement standardized procedures for test system deliverables
  5. Pioneer the development of robust autonomous test and production systems
  6. Oversee all aspects of test and build development, from requirement evaluation to factory integration
  7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance hardware testing efficiency
  8. Work hand-in-hand with design and production teams to validate process improvements
  9. Maintain active projects that facilitate rapid design iteration of production processes
  10. Design and deploy scalable test infrastructure for large-scale device testing
  11. Investigate and resolve complex harnessing and mechanical hardware issues to ensure high-quality output
What We Offer

Our comprehensive compensation package includes an estimated annual salary range of $155,000 - $205,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
