The Retail Sales Representative is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales transactions for products and services. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of daily activities.

Compensation:
Starting wage of $15 per hour, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Adhere to company policies regarding age-restricted product sales.
- Prepare food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and stock the food preparation area in accordance with health regulations.
- Follow daily operational procedures to ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Maintain inventory in coolers, shelves, and display units, ensuring products are fronted at all times.
- Complete shift-change reports by reconciling and balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Comply with all company, vendor, and merchandising policies and procedures.
- Meet performance expectations and fulfill all assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a retail, convenience store, or food service environment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and work without defined breaks.
- Willingness to work in various outdoor conditions and in-store cooler environments.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- A positive and approachable demeanor.
- Experience with cash handling is advantageous.
