Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to provide electrical engineering and design services for water and wastewater facility projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide electrical engineering and design services for water and wastewater facility projects
- Develop and implement electrical design solutions for medium and low voltage electrical power distribution, motor control, VFDs, lighting systems, and equipment layout
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure electrical design meets project requirements
- Supervise less experienced staff working on projects and interact with clients and engineers from other disciplines
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the NEC and related Codes
- 7-15 years of experience in electrical engineering and design
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering License
- AutoCAD experience required, Revit BIM software and SKM and/or ETAP power systems software desirable
- Experience with instrumentation and control systems a plus
