Branch Manager Job Description

At Abound Credit Union, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our members. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing Credit Union activities in a branch setting. Your primary goal will be to provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and selecting products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to members in account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and selecting products and services.
  • Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff and maintain effective employee relations.
  • Resolves employee and member problems.
  • Acts as principal loan officer for the branch.
  • Manages the security and safety of the branch.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • A desire to present life-changing, money-saving opportunities to our members/potential members.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support your team.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Must successfully complete and pass the eligibility requirements for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (Safe Act).
