Job Overview

We are seeking a CNC Programmer/CNC Machinist to join our team at Bronwick Recruiting and Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for programming machines that produce high-quality custom stone products.

About the Role

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Create and modify CNC programs using G-code and M-code programming languages and software.
  • Test and debug CNC programs to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the pre-shop team to understand project requirements and material specifications.
  • Determine efficient tool paths and machining strategies to achieve desired results.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to operators and technicians for machine setup and operation.
  • Prioritize and manage 4-15 programming jobs effectively to meet project deadlines.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer is required.
  • Strong technical skills with CAD/CAM software and experience reading blueprints and CAD drawings.
  • Proficiency in shop math, trigonometry, and geometry.
  • Able to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and programs.
  • Experience working with natural stone is essential.
